Terms And Conditions / Reschedule Policies:
Should you need to re-schedule your Houston Business Headshot and Portrait session time, you must call the studio at 713-461-2862 at least 48 hours before your session date and time so we can help you with the reschedule. (NO EMAILS ACCEPTED). You will have up to 60 days from your original session date.
Reschedules made the day of your Houston Business Headshot and Portrait session and no shows will be charged the full session amount, no exceptions.
ALL PAID RETAINERS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
Additional Fees for Modifications
Any modifications made to the initial scope of the session will be subject to additional fees, time permitting. This includes, but is not limited to, outfit changes, background changes (e.g., tie/no tie), and requests for different poses such as waist-length or 3/4-length shots. Additional fees for these changes will start at $50 each, and may vary depending on the specific requests and available session time.
